Landing page design cost in Delhi NCR: prices and timelines

Landing page design in Delhi NCR, as across India, typically costs ₹8,000–₹25,000 for a template page and ₹40,000–₹80,000 for a custom WordPress or Next.js page. Listed template jobs start near ₹5,000, and researched, conversion-engineered pages go up to ₹1.5 lakh. With copy and assets ready, a single landing page takes 3–7 working days to build, and a custom design takes 1–2 weeks. Many Indian agencies quote plus 18% GST, so check that before you compare.

I've been building landing pages since 2022, first for teams in Gurugram, Noida and Hyderabad at Voxturr, FARE Labs, Brand Samosa and Cybervie-Ionots, and later for UK brands through Aura Clips. In my experience the price is the least interesting part. What matters is whether the page loads fast, whether it asks the visitor for one thing, and whether every lead lands somewhere your sales team actually looks. Below is how the money breaks down, and what I'd check before paying anyone.

How much does landing page design cost in Delhi NCR?

In Delhi NCR, landing page listings on IndiaMART range from roughly ₹5,000 to ₹65,000 per page, which is roughly where the wider Indian market sits. New Delhi sellers list pages from about ₹5,000 per page, and higher-end listings across the region go up to around ₹65,000. When the spread is that wide, it's a sign that "landing page" means very different jobs to different sellers.

This is how I'd line up the quotes:

OptionTypical price (India)Typical timelineGood for
Template page (theme, page builder or a hosted tool like Unbounce)₹8,000–₹25,000; marketplace listings from about ₹5,0002–5 daysTesting an offer on a small ad budget
Custom WordPress page (Elementor, Bricks)₹40,000–₹80,000; published agency rates ₹25,000–₹50,000 plus GSTAbout 3–7 working days once copy is ready, in my experience of single pagesOngoing campaigns where your team edits the page
Custom coded page (Next.js)From the custom band upwards; conversion-engineered pages run ₹80,000–₹1.5 lakh1–2 weeks with designHigh ad spend, strict speed targets, part of a Next.js site
Copywriting on its own₹15,000–₹60,000 a pageBefore design startsPages that have to do the persuading

Two things push a quote up more than the design does. The first is copywriting. If nobody on your side can write the headline, the proof and the answers to buyers' objections, someone else has to, and that's priced separately. The second is tracking. GA4, the Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion events are the basics. Server-side tracking and CRM attribution can add ₹8,000–₹40,000 or more.

Then there's GST. Indian agencies that publish prices often quote plus GST, so a ₹25,000 page is really ₹29,500.

If you're comparing against UK prices for a client or a parent company, I've covered that market in how much a landing page costs in the UK.

Template, WordPress or Next.js: which should you pay for?

Pay for a template if you want to test an offer quickly, a custom WordPress page if your marketing team will be editing it, and a Next.js page if your site already runs on Next.js or your ad spend is high. Choose based on who'll be editing the page next month, not on what sounds modern.

Template pages are fine for a quick test. The catch: hosted builders charge every month (Unbounce or Webflow can run ₹7,000–₹25,000 a month), and cheap themes tend to load heavy scripts that drag the page down on mobile.

Custom WordPress pages are what most Delhi NCR marketing teams actually need. At Voxturr I built mobile-friendly sites and landing pages on Elementor and Flatsome. At Cybervie I designed and optimised landing pages and rebuilt the homepage on Elementor Pro with ACF. With a setup like that, your marketer can change a headline or an offer without waiting on a developer.

Next.js pages are worth it in three situations: your main site is already on Next.js, you're putting serious money through ads and every hundred milliseconds counts, or the page needs app-like logic. It costs more because there's no theme to start from, and edits usually go through a developer or a headless CMS.

How long does a landing page take to build?

A single landing page takes 3–7 working days to build once the offer, copy and brand assets are ready, and 1–2 weeks for a custom design with a wireframe stage. The build is rarely what holds things up. Waiting for copy, images and sign-off is. Published Indian agency timelines say much the same: 3 to 5 days for a template campaign page and 1–2 weeks for a custom one. A tight brief speeds it up a lot. For Raasa, a UK restaurant, I built the coming-soon page on WordPress and Elementor and had it live overnight.

  1. 1

    Brief and copy (day 1)

Agree the one action, the audience, the offer and the form fields. Copy gets approved before design starts.

  2. 2

    Design or wireframe (days 1-2)

Mobile layout first, because much of your ad traffic will be on phones. One round of feedback.

  3. 3

    Build (days 2-4)

Page built in WordPress or Next.js, images compressed, form connected to your CRM or sheet.

  4. 4

    Tracking and QA (days 4-5)

GA4, Google Ads and Meta conversion events fired and checked, and test leads sent end to end.

  5. 5

Launch and first fixes (days 5-7)

Ads go live, first data gets reviewed, and quick copy or layout fixes are made.

What does a landing page need to convert?

A landing page converts when it loads in under 2 seconds on mobile, asks for one action, sends every lead to your CRM or sheet, and fires conversion events on real form submissions. As a benchmark, the median landing page converts at 6.6% across industries, according to Unbounce's study of 41,000 pages. Where yours lands relative to that depends mostly on the points below.

Speed under 2 seconds on mobile. Google's research found that as mobile load time goes from 1 to 3 seconds, the chance of a bounce rises by 32%. Go from 1 to 5 seconds and it's 90%. You've paid for every one of those clicks. In practice this means compressed images, fewer third-party scripts and no big image sliders. If you paste your PageSpeed Insights report into my free Page Speed Fix Planner, you'll get the fixes ranked by impact.

One page, one action. One headline, one offer, one call to action, repeated as the visitor scrolls. Take out the main navigation, the blog links and any second offer. Selling to two audiences? Build two pages.

A short form wired to where your sales team works. A lead sitting in a WordPress inbox that nobody opens is a lead you've lost. I've wired landing page forms to HubSpot, and on Taxocity every lead is saved to a Google Sheet. For Indian audiences, asking for a phone number (with a WhatsApp option) often does better than asking for an email address, as this India pricing guide notes. The setup is in my guides on adding HubSpot forms to WordPress and sending WordPress form entries to Google Sheets.

Tracking that tells Google and Meta what a lead is. Without conversion events, Google Ads smart bidding optimises for clicks, not enquiries. At minimum you want GA4, Google Tag Manager, the Google Ads conversion tag and the Meta Pixel, each firing when a form is actually submitted rather than when the page loads. I've written up the GA4 and GTM setup I use for landing pages.

Proof near the form. Client logos, a few reviews, numbers you can back up, and an FAQ that handles the objections your sales team keeps hearing.

Test the copy before you pay for a redesign

If your current page loads fast but still doesn't convert, the copy is usually the problem. Run it through the free Landing Page Roaster for a scored review and rewritten headlines first.

The Landing Page Roaster is free, and my landing page conversion checklist covers what's left.

Ad agency or freelancer: who should build your landing page?

Stick with your ad agency if it writes strong copy and gives you full ownership of the page. Hire a freelance developer if page speed, tracking or lead routing is what's broken. A lot of Delhi NCR businesses get their landing page from whoever runs their ads. That can work fine, as long as you know what you're paying for.

FactorAd or digital agencyFreelance developer
Who builds itOften a junior designer or an outsourced developerThe person you talk to
PricePublished agency rates sit around ₹25,000–₹50,000 a page plus GST; conversion optimisation retainers at larger agencies run ₹1.5–3 lakh a monthUsually lower than agency rates for the same build, since there's less overhead
StrengthCopy, creative and media buying under one roofA clean, fast build with tracking and integrations done properly
RiskPage hosted on the agency's account, so you lose it when you leaveOne person, so check availability and handover
OwnershipAsk for it in writingShould be yours from day one

My view: if the agency writes good copy and gives you full admin access to the page and domain, keep them. If they're slow to respond, the page is slow to load, or leads go missing between the form and the CRM, a developer who owns the build and the tracking is often the cheaper fix. I'd also be wary of A/B testing retainers. One Indian agency's own maths says each version in a test needs 100 to 200 conversions before the result tells you anything. If you don't get that many leads, one well-built page will do more for you than a monthly testing fee.

What should you ask a developer before hiring?

Before you hire anyone for a landing page, ask for live examples, who owns what, how leads are routed and tested, which conversion events they'll set up, whether copy is included, how revisions work and whether GST is in the price.

  • Can I see live landing pages you've built and test their speed myself? Run them through PageSpeed Insights on mobile.
  • Who owns the hosting, domain and page builder licence? All of them should be in your account.
  • Where will leads go, and how do we test that? Ask for a test lead sent through to your CRM before launch.
  • Which conversion events will you set up, and on which platforms? GA4, Google Ads and Meta at minimum.
  • Is copy included, or do I write it? This is the biggest hidden cost.
  • How many revision rounds, and what happens after launch? Find out if small edits in the first month are covered.
  • Is GST included?

My experience page lists where I've done this work: FARE Labs, Voxturr, Cybervie and Brand Samosa, where I wired HubSpot forms into WordPress and Webflow landing pages. The FARE Labs and Cybervie case studies go into more detail.
