Why most cold emails get ignored
They are about the sender, not the reader. Long introductions, lists of services and generic flattery all signal a template, and the reader decides in seconds.
Messages that get replies are short, specific to the reader, lead with a problem they recognise and ask for one small, easy next step.
The structure that works
Open with something specific about them. Name a problem they likely have. Show in one line that you have solved it before. Then ask a low-effort question, such as whether a short chat is worth it, instead of asking for a meeting outright.
Send responsibly
Write to people who could genuinely benefit, keep volumes human, honour opt-outs and follow the email laws where you and your readers are. The writer will not produce deceptive messages or impersonate anyone.
